So….. the compulsory kit has been assembled, all 1.305kg of it! And that’s taking things skimpy…. ufff!! One spraydeck 200g chocolate  300ml drinking fluid Survival bag, min 290g Hat to cover ears Full set thermals… And that needs to be portaged 77 along with the boat….. better get training!!
